The exclusive in person promotion will be valid for new Fontainebleau Rewards members through June 1, enabling them to benefit from tier status upgrade
It was back in December 2023 when Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Strip’s newest premium gaming and hospitality resort, opened its doors to visitors for the first time. The opening of the newest casino resort in Sin City came along with a limited tier-matching program for new customers.
Limited Time Tier Match Promotion Introduced by Fontainebleau
While initially, the operator considered a limited period for the tier-matching promotion, it later extended it through September 2024. At the time, Fontainebleau said that it had recorded an “overwhelmingly positive response,” hence the extended period.
Now, the popular hospitality and gaming venue announced once again the launch of a tier-matching program. Similarly to the first tier-matching promotion, this one is also going to apply to new players and will be in place for a limited period. According to Fontainebleau, new customers can benefit from an exclusive tier upgrade through June 1, 2025.
But what are tier status upgrades? Many recognizable gaming and hospitality brands offer rewards for their loyal customers. Usually, such rewards come with a certain status that depends on how frequently they visit the particular brand which can have hotel and casino resorts in different states.
Guests who have a higher tier status can benefit from exclusive promotions and rewards. In that line of thought, casino resorts consider tier-matching or upgrading promotions as a way to tap into new audiences, encouraging new guests to experience different benefits. By all means, such practices also reaffirm the competitiveness of the sector and the constant rivalry on the Las Vegas Strip.
A Range of Competitor Casino Loyalty Programs Are Eligible
Under Fontainebleau’s promotion, new Fontainebleau Rewards members can visit the casino resort’s desk to receive an exclusive tier status upgrade. They are required to present a valid loyalty card from an eligible casino loyalty program and a valid photo ID.
It’s important to note that the promotion is available exclusively in person for new Fontainebleau Rewards members. “As a valued Fontainebleau Rewards member, enjoy up to 40% off in savings when you stay with us between January 1 and December 31, 2025. Blackout dates may apply,” reads Fontainebleau’s website.

Thanks to an upgraded status, guests can access a range of Fontainebleau Rewards benefits until December 2025. Such include exclusive access to specific events, complimentary upgrades for rooms, as well as spa and dining credits, among other benefits.
According to Fontainebleau’s announcement, eligible loyalty programs by competitors include Caesars’ Caesars Rewards, Resorts World’s Genting Rewards, Sahara Las Vegas’ Infinity Rewards, Unity by Hard Rock, Venetian Rewards, MGM Rewards, as well as Wynn Rewards. Also included are regional casino loyalty programs.
