Brand identity is going to play an ever-greater role in online casinos’ differentiation strategies in the United States, as exemplified by a new deal
Evolution Gaming, the world’s de facto pioneer of the live dealer experience, has signed a new deal with Caesars to bring around a branded live casino studio that will add authenticity and immersive quality to the overall gaming experience across Pennsylvania.
Caesars Gets Branded Live Dealer Studio Games in Pennsylvania
The deal sees Evolution Gaming dedicate enough tables from its Philadelphia-based studio, bringing a distinct touch to the games at Caesars Palace Online Casino, Horseshoe Online Casino and Caesars Sportsbook & Casino.

Commenting on this opportunity, Caesars Digital VP and chief iGaming officer Matt Sunderland said that the company was beyond itself with joy to have a fully customized live dealer studio at its disposal and bring Las Vegas Strip-style experience to casino players directly.
“We’ve taken inspiration from the iconic designs at Caesars Palace to complete this world-class studio in Pennsylvania, from the legendary Julius Caesar statue down to flooring patterns and wall coverings at the destination. The result is an aesthetically unmatched live dealer experience that pays homage to our renowned brand,” Sunderland said in a statement.
Presently, players will get to enjoy five blackjack tables along with a dedicated table for VIP players. Caesars is offering a one-on-one experience for its VIP blackjack players, which was previously only available at the company’s land-based venues.
Evolution and Caesars have also negotiated baccarat and roulette games, with a single table each for the time being. Understandably, Evolution Gaming was similarly pleased with the development.
Jacob Claesson, chief executive officer at Evolution North America said that combining his company’s cutting-edge solutions with Caesars’ “unmistakable” brand is a winning formula.
“The new studio is truly stunning and showcases the incredible potential of live dealer casino gaming. We are extremely happy and proud to support Caesars in their efforts to elevate their player experience and continue to raise the bar for online casino entertainment,” Claesson elaborated.
Evolution Gathers Momentum But Issues Persist
Branded and bespoke experiences have become the norm for much of the United States where online casinos are looking for a way to differentiate themselves and set their gaming portfolios apart.
Caesars may further benefit from the branded partnership by offering its products beyond Pennsylvania in future, with the websites operational in nearly all iGaming states, including Michigan, New Jersey, and West Virginia.
Back in the United Kingdom, Evolution has faced regulatory scrutiny over the company’s supposed provision of software to gambling companies that are not licensed to operate in the country.
The company is also searching for the identity of people who have filed accusations against Evolution, among which are the original reports of the company offering its software to unlicensed companies.
