It is really a difficult task to create columns.

If you created a proper column you may , and we shall insert it into our columns database. Then it will be available to some other users of the program .

To open a new column you can:
  • Click "New column"at the toolbar
OR
  • Click the right mouse button when the mouse pointer under the file header and choose the "New column" from popup-menu. In this case the created column will be added up to the selected file.
Then the dialog of column creating appears.

Choose the option "Create a new web-column" (it is checked by default), click "Next".

You wll be requested to enter the column name and its URL at the next page. This information is important to make a column, therefore you cannot go on unless you type-in this information. After you typed-in this information click " Finish".

If you need to set the column right after its creation do not put off the flag of the "Column setting " point.
